Roger Billica MD

Roger Billica is the president of Tri-Life Health, PC.  A graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, he was Board Certified in Family Practice in 1983 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. From 1991-2001 served as the NASA Chief of Medical Operations located at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Billica developed his current approach to health care and preventive / functional medicine while supervising the clinical space medicine programs for the nation’s astronauts and the international space station.

Dr. Billica has received national and international recognition for his pioneering efforts in the field of preventive and space medicine.  He has published numerous scientific and clinical papers, is an acclaimed public speaker, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Preventive Medicine.  Presently he is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, the American College for Advancement in Medicine, the American Nutraceutical Association, and the American Academy of Family Practice.
